My premise is simple, really.  In small business, we all want the same things, which are to make a decent living and see some growth, while enjoying our chosen line of work.  In order to achieve these goals we need customers, good will from the community, business partners, and perhaps most importantly,  tools and systems that work reliably with little in the way of overhead or down time.   When one or two of these factors function poorly, we struggle.  When all of these factors run smoothly, we prosper and enjoy.
